Their dynamic and collaborative team in Watford is looking for a talented French speaking French Payroll Specialist to join them.

Role OverviewAs a French Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for their French-based employees. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of French payroll legislation, payroll processing, manual calculations, and statutory payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for French employees.
  • Ensure compliance with French payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Perform manual calculations for payroll adjustments and statutory payments.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Handle payroll queries and provide guidance on payroll matters.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation in line with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
  • Proven experience in French payroll processing and legislation.
  • Strong knowledge of French statutory payments and manual payroll calculations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
