Payroll Specialist - Fluent French - Permanent - Hybrid - Watford
FryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with an industry leading business to assist with their recruitment of a French speaking payroll specialist. This role will be responsible for processing the end-to-end payroll for the EMEA countries.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing global payroll data for payroll processing by third party payroll administration partners ensuring accurate and timely processing of the company's payrolls
- Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and / or employee satisfaction
- Performing audits and validations of payroll transactions
- Ensure timely preparation, processing, maintenance and appropriate distribution of payroll information, payroll reports, all tax year end reports, payroll manuals and related payroll working instructions.
- Maintains confidentiality of any payroll, private employee information and any proprietary information and ensures payroll information is secure
The successful payroll specialist will need the following skills:
- French Speaker Mandatory and previous experience of managing French Payroll
- Experience in working with a third-party payroll services provider, such as ADP
- Technical background on dealing with Time and Attendance system, Payroll and HRIS systems interfaces
- Experience in payroll system implementation - data validation and data analysis
- Understanding of SOX Compliance controls for Payroll processes
- Basic knowledge of payroll accounting
