• Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in either mainstream or specialist settings.
• The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• A strong understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
