Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) 8:30am - 4:30pm (Friday)
Lunch: 1 hour (flexible, take it as and when to reset and recharge)

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales professional to join our esteemed team. Based in West Midlands, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting one-off customers and handling fixed price lower-end sales. This position demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support one-off customers with their inquiries and orders.
- Handle fixed price lower-end sales with minimal negotiation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Assist senior sales staff with various tasks and support their sales efforts.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information.
- Handle paperwork and administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Manage time-critical tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Confident on the phone and able to engage with customers effectively.
- Open to candidates from outside the steel industry, including general steel, manufacturing, metals, and fabrication sectors.
