Our client in the Wednesbury area is looking for a Bulk Oil Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Benefits:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure any delivery issues are responded to as soon as possible.
  • Communicate with the Weighbridge booking and the planning team.
  • Maintain bulk oils and fats booking in sheets daily.
  • Schedule daily bulk oil requirements
  • Ensure deliveries are booked onto the system in a timely manner, to ensure invoices are raised in the same week.
  • Assist in queries regarding invoices, booking and pricing.
  • Check haulage invoices for accuracy and communicate with Operations for invoice Sign off
  • Lease with accounts ensuring payments and queries are dealt with promptly.
  • Assist with general enquiries/ admin assistance within the bulk oil supply chain department.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Access (not desirable as training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication skills via face-to-face, emails, teams and telephone
  • Proficient with MS Excel, e.g. Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage your daily tasks.
  • Excellent attention detail
