Our Wellingborough-based client is seeking a part-time Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant to join their team, to help manage their credit control processes and assist with various administrative and accounts related tasks.

As a Credit Controller/Accounts assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the credit control processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all credit control activities.
  • Processing sales ledger transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • Performing general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Assisting with other accounts-related tasks as needed.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in credit control or a similar client orientated role (Advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
