Contract CI Engineer - Process & Packing Machinery - Food Industry
We are seeking an experienced Contract Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer with a strong background in process and packing machinery to join a leading company in the food industry. This role will focus on driving best practices, developing and conducting training, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process and packing machinery.
- Drive continuous improvement across machinery operations and production processes.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and operational improvements.
- Conduct and deliver training programs for operational staff on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience Required:
- Strong background in process and packing machinery within a food manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in developing and documenting SOPs.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training sessions to operational teams.
Contract Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
- Rate: 40 - 41 per hour (Umbrella)
