Equipment Supply Administrator
39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Maternity Cover Role (With potential to extend to a permanent role for the right candidate)

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? We’re looking for an Equipment Supply Administrator initially for maternity cover. Your role will be varied to include specifying new equipment, co-ordinating equipment deliveries, managing orders and projects, collaborating and problem solving across teams and with suppliers.
As a confident communicator with a high level of professionalism you will be able to build natural rapport with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. You will be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Specify equipment - you’ll be trained on how to specify equipment for clients based on their needs.
- Client contact - you will be a key point of contact for our clients on equipment supply and movements and will ensure clear communication and delivery within timelines.
- Deliveries - you will co-ordinate the delivery of equipment, orders, and projects across all clients.
- Teamwork - you will collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem solving - you will focus on solutions and pre-empting potential issues, resolving challenges will part of your day to day.
- Goals - you will be delivering on your own day to day tasks as well as focusing on team responsibilities.
- Meetings - you will play an active part in daily team meetings.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced in an administration role.
- An ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- Good attention to detail.
- Can demonstrate previous problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Office 365, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- A willingness to work as part of a small team.
- A flexible approach to the role and a willingness to take on new tasks as the business grows.
