We’re looking for a proactive Order Management Administrator to join our client’s Customer Order Management team in Peterborough. This full-time, hybrid role is an excellent opportunity to contribute essential support to ensure smooth and efficient order processes within a dynamic team.
Role Overview
As an Order Management Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing and processing customer orders, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting non-customer-facing administrative tasks. The role starts with onsite training (3+ days per week), transitioning to an average of one day onsite per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately manage customer orders within the order management system to meet deadlines.
- Data Maintenance: Conduct data cleansing and maintain system accuracy, updating customer details, pricing, order status, and more.
- Documentation and Coordination: Prepare and distribute export and shipping documents to streamline order processing.
- System and Data Support: Allocate parts manually, assist with new customer setups, and handle credit/debit administration.
- Process Improvement: Spot and communicate potential areas for improvement to your supervisor.
- General Administrative Support: Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry following established guidelines.
Qualifications and Competencies
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with Excel; training will be provided for Salesforce, Movex, Goms, and Webparts.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (37.5 hours per week)
