They are keen to continue their growth with the addition of a talented Part Two Architectural Assistant joining their friendly office in Hertfordshire. The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will be a confident user of Revit, have post Part Two qualification experience working on medium to large scale projects and keen to continue professional development.
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:
- 1-3 years of Post qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
- Working toward Part Three qualification
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Boast design flare, technical expertise, and attentiveness to detail
- Experience on a range of projects in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
- Must have knowledge working on medium- large scale projects
- Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Excellent time keeping and organisation abilities
- Motivated and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong portfolio
- Live locally to the Hertfordshire area
- Able to meet strict deadlines
