Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
- Relevant Architectural Technology degree.
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to develop and refine data centre project concepts and designs.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications specific to data centre requirements.
- Assist in preparing and delivering design presentations and proposals to clients.
- Participate in project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with the UK building regulations and planning policies.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, as necessary.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for sustainable and innovative design, with an interest in data centre architecture.
