We are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join a Global Pharmaceutical business on a 12 month fixed term contract (FTC). The role is a hybrid position based in the Hertfordshire area, requiring you to be on site 2-3 days per week. As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and professional HR advice, managing employee relations matters, and completing HR projects.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the HR Advisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Provide comprehensive and professional advice to employees, business managers, and stakeholders on HR matters including HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
2. Act as the HR lead in employee relations matters including sickness absence reviews, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
3. Participate in planning and implementing various employee relations and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Deliver HR Orientation to new joiners and Line Manager orientation to new managers.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Advisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree qualification in Human Resources or other related field. You will ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 5, however, this is not essential.
2. Proven industry experience in managing employee relations cases.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with delivering HR training to manager level.
