The successful Internal Sales Engineer / Project Manager / Technical Sales Support will excel in providing technical support, sales, advice, generating quotations, processing orders, expediting requests, managing documentation; and supporting pricing for bespoke hydraulic products and solutions.
The Internal Sales Engineer / Project Manager / Technical Sales Support will ideally have experience with fluid power products such as Hydraulics, Compressed air, Industrial machinery, and a strong desire to learn and advance within a global engineering environment. Full product training is provided.

Internal Sales Engineer / Project Manager / Technical Sales Support Role
- Manage customer enquiries and key accounts for van conversions
- Design mobile workshop layouts using computer software
- Oversee build schedules and coordinate with internal teams
- Generate leads and close sales to meet targets
- Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions
- Liaise with various engineering departments
- Office based in West Bromwich with occasion sales visits to customers around Midlands.
Internal Sales Engineer / Project Manager / Technical Sales Support requirements
- Experience in inside sales, technical sales support, or similar commercial role, ideally in the hydraulics, compressed air, fluid power, or wider engineering/manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of engineering or industrial products and the ability to discuss technical details with customers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with engineering, production, and purchasing departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). CRM, ERP systems would be a plus.
- Willingness to develop product knowledge around hydraulic solutions.
- Engineers looking to come off of the tools may be of interest.
- Commutable to West Bromwich daily with occasional sales visits to customers around the Midlands.
