SALES ADMINISTRATOR - WEST BYFLEET- BASIC £28 K- 35K DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (flexibility on hours, if needed)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales administrator to join a market leading independent estate agents. The role will be based at their West Byfleet office . You will be working in a busy environment where you will work at a fast pace to keep up with the work load created by these dynamic team. No two days will be the same in this role, so you are guaranteed variety due to the nature of the business.

Leading Estate Agency looking for a sales administrator to support their team.

The role:

  • To support the busy Sales Teams within the offices with a variety of administrative duties
  • Produce sales brochures and relevant marketing literature.
  • Produce letters and compose emails.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries.
  • Support the Sale Teams in monitoring/completing all documentation relating to a property transaction.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance standards.
  • To consistently deliver excellent customer service.
  • Use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Placing stationery and equipment orders.
  • Assisting the senior management team with invoicing and payroll
  • Working to grow and establish a good relationship with local schools and organisations to cement our sponsorship opportunities locally
  • Grow social media presence and manage Instagram and facebook profile locally
  • Handle overflow calls from sales team
  • Sort, research and distribute post.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • A desire to become an integral part of the team.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively.

  • Have strong spelling and grammar skills.
  • Have competent IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Word.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proactive nature and good use of initiative, with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Previous experience within an Administration role desirable

The ideal Candidate

  • Will have worked in Estate Agency environment before as an administrator or in a sales or lettings position
  • Will be well organised and have a passion for property
  • Will have strong administrative skills
