Junior Project Co-ordinatorWe are recruiting for a dedicated live event freight forwarder who provide personalised international logistics solutions to a wide variety of event industries.Including but not limited to, Music, Theatre and Sporting events.Paying up to £26,000 No Hybrid working 9-5.30pm Key Duties to Include.Preparation of transport documentation to include airwaybills and customs entriesBooking shipments with hauliers, ocean lines and airlinesAssist colleagues in the preparation of quotations for clients and recording the information on the Company databasesLiaising and updating clients, overseas agents, and suppliers as necessaryMonitor shipments through transit corridor with hauliers, ocean lines, airlines and overseas partnersAssist colleagues with cost accruals and charging of shipmentsRequirements:Full, clean driving licencePositive, 'can-do' attitudeAble to organise themselves and work independentlyAble to manage and organize several tasks simultaneouslyCommunicate honestly, openly and clearlyAble to gather information from a variety of sources, to challenge information and apply decision making to reach an informed decision.Awareness of revenue, profit & loss
