We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Team Assistant to join our client, a super successful boutique investment management firm in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with prior office experience to support key business functions across Investor Relations, Operations, and the broader Business Team. The role is fully office-based, offering a dynamic work environment and the chance to work closely with a highly collaborative team.
What you will do:
- Diary & Calendar Management: Manage calendars for the Investor Relations team, schedule meetings, and coordinate preparation materials ahead of time.
- Meeting Support: Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and briefing materials for key business meetings.
- Travel & Event Coordination: Organize travel for Board meetings and Investor Relations roadshows, including the creation of detailed itineraries and expense reports.
- Event Planning: Assist with the organisation of corporate events, managing logistics and preparing relevant materials.
- CRM System Management: Maintain and update contacts and interactions in the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administrative Support: Support the creation of presentation materials, handle general office tasks (correspondence, document formatting, printing, scanning, booking couriers, filing), and respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Team Assistance: Provide cover for the Investment Team Assistant and EA when required and assist with front-of-house responsibilities.
What you will need:
- A collaborative and helpful attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant within a professional services office environment
- Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
