Talent Guardian is representing a leading mortgage provider based in Maidstone, Kent, in their search for a Case Management Support Specialist. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organized and customer-focused individual to support the efficiency and smooth operation of a dynamic mortgage processing team.The Case Management Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring workload allocation, resolving issues, and supporting internal teams and external customers. This position involves collaborating with departments such as underwriting, finance, risk, and compliance, as well as with external partners like solicitors, brokers, and valuers, to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to mortgage applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and accurate responses to enquiries.
  • Liaise with brokers, valuers, and solicitors to update them on case progress and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers to enhance skills and support business objectives.
  • Cross-train with other support specialists to ensure seamless operations during absences or peak workloads.
  • Input, update, and maintain data in the system to reflect accurate case statuses.
  • Monitor mortgage applications to ensure smooth progress from offer to completion.
  • Allocate cases and files to Case Managers to evenly distribute workloads and maintain efficiency.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, action emails promptly, and manage outstanding documentation and fees.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate allocation of fees and resolve fee-related queries.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in financial services, mortgages, or case management is beneficial but not essential.
  • A basic understanding of financial or mortgage processes is advantageous.
