We are very pleased to be working with a Kent based, well established Buy To Let lender currently, on their search for a Case Manager to join the growing team.

We are looking for proactive, efficient individuals who can confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Act as the first 'port of call’ with any queries on all mortgage applications
Ensure we are giving timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls/enquiries
Liaise with the Line Manager, escalating any specific problems
Liaise with the underwriting team
Work within procedures and agreed SLAs.
Input, update and maintains data onto the system accurately reflecting the current stage of each case
Dealing with any legal queries or documentation relating to each application
Manage the diary system to monitor applications and deal with any relevant tasks.
Obtain updates on the mortgage applications to ensure that they are progressing smoothly from offer to completion.
