Our client, a unique financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Give As You Earn (GAYE) team.

As a Customer Service Representative within the GAYE team you wull ensure all donations that are made to charity are in compliance with HMRC payroll regulations.

  • Reach out to GAYE donors to obtain key information to enable charitable funds to be distributed
  • Reach out to GAYE clients to obtain missing information to enable charitable funds to be distributed
  • Maintain accurate records and support payment reconciliations
  • To respond to enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, in a professional, timely and efficient manner in accordance with departmental standards (SLA’s) and KPI’s

This position demands a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Attention to detail and high levels of organisational and communication skills are essential, as are:

  • Strong data entry skills
  • High levels of numeracy
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good MS Office skills

The role is office-based Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, for an initial training period, after which there is the potential for hybrid working. The client offers excellent benefits including, free on-site parking, a generous pension, and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
