An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving company as a Mortgage Support Officer. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and brokers, managing queries, guiding applications through the process, and supporting business success. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for product transfer and mortgage application queries.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and brokers to ensure smooth application progress.
  • Engage with customers to drive product transfers and manage application pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate data across systems and manage your caseload effectively.
  • Arrange valuations and perform final checks to ensure applications are ready for approval.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance processes and support team success.
