Role Overview: As a Product Change Specialist, you will play a key role in handling mortgage product change requests. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the primary contact for queries related to product change mortgage applications
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and appropriate responses to customer and adviser inquiries
  • Collaborating with various internal departments and Mortgage Advisers to keep them informed about application progress and resolve any challenges
  • Proactively engaging with existing clients to drive product change applications and remind them of upcoming product expirations
  • Accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within internal and external platforms
  • Managing applications independently and handling associated administrative tasks
  • Following up on any missing documents, reports, or information required for applications to proceed
  • Organising valuations and liaising with valuers to ensure seamless processing
  • Carrying out final checks before applications are completed
