About the Role:

You will…

  • Lead change initiatives that enhance organisational performance.
  • Develop talent by coaching and supporting individuals to unlock their full potential.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate innovative organisational development programmes.
  • Collaborate with People Partners to embed a new performance management approach.
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate change management processes and enhance acceptance amongst employees.
  • Review and improve current coaching and mentoring approaches.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives, providing reports and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in training/coaching or OD at Level 3 or above or equivalent
  • Strong experience in organisational development and learning.
  • Excellent facilitation and analytical skills.
  • A high level of autonomy with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Passionate about enhancing employee engagement and collaboration.
  • A qualified (or equivalent or working towards) practitioner in behavioural instruments (specifically e.g. MBTi, Insights, DISC, Belbin etc.)
