About your new Workshop Manager role:

  • You will lead a team of Engineers to ensure efficient management of this fleet of vehicles.
  • Driving workshop efficiency by effectively managing workloads, prioritising repairs and minimising vehicle downtime
  • Manage resource effectively, including staffing, overtime, holiday scheduling and parts inventory.

What you’ll need to succeed within this Workshop Manager role:

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification (city & guilds or NVQ) in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Advanced Irtec Accreditation
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a supervisory or management role within a PSV or HGV background leading a team of engineers.
  • ATransport Manager CPC qualification would be advantageous as would PSV license
