About your new Workshop Manager role:

You will lead a team of Engineers to ensure efficient management of this fleet of vehicles.
Driving workshop efficiency by effectively managing workloads, prioritising repairs and minimising vehicle downtime
Manage resource effectively, including staffing, overtime, holiday scheduling and parts inventory.

What you’ll need to succeed within this Workshop Manager role:

Relevant Level 3 qualification (city & guilds or NVQ) in a relevant engineering discipline
Advanced Irtec Accreditation
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a supervisory or management role within a PSV or HGV background leading a team of engineers.
ATransport Manager CPC qualification would be advantageous as would PSV license
