Our client is a multi-brand, multi-territory group with their  operations underpinned by an in-house developed technology, ecommerce, and native app platform. They are a leading supplier in their field and design, manufacture and retail their own products.

We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager/CRM Manager to take ownership of their email marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing large-scale email programs and the ability to influence email marketing strategy across multiple brands. You will be responsible for optimising customer segmentation, developing personalised communication, and ensuring our email campaigns deliver exceptional ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall email marketing strategy, aligning with broader business and marketing goals
  • Design and implement sophisticated automated workflows in Klaviyo, focusing on behaviour-triggered, personalised messaging
  • Manage advanced segmentation strategies to deliver tailored content, improving engagement and customer lifetime value
  • Analyse customer data to uncover insights and refine email personalisation, ensuring a high level of relevance and engagement
  • Own A/B testing initiatives to continuously optimise email performance, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Report on key metrics (open rates, conversion rates, ROI), with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and design teams to ensure email aligns with broader marketing campaigns
  • Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices, championing innovation within the company
  • Maintain GDPR compliance and best practices for email marketing

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful large-scale email campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with Klaviyo or similar platforms, including setting up automated email flows, managing segmentation and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and campaign optimisation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
  • A deep understanding of GDPR and email compliance regulations, with experience implementing best practices
  • A creative mindset with a data-driven approach

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in an e-commerce environment, particularly in the energy-efficient or heating solutions sector
  • Knowledge of advanced personalisation strategies, customer journey mapping, and retention-focused email programs
