We are searching for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executiveto join a successful manufacturing business who pride themselves on delivering high quality products and customer service. This is a new role for the company, and as you will be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment, our client is searching for someone who will make this role their own and will contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must have a permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK, residing within a commutable distance to Wetherby. Please note that our client cannot offer visa sponsorship.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Promptly responding to and qualifying inbound leads via telephone & email, providing relevant information to address customer needs that meet their specific requirements.
  • Utilising marketing/sales data to segment, profile and identify new prospective customers.
  • Contacting cold (prospective) and warm (existing/lapsed) clients to introduce our client’s products, with the aim of winning back/building new and long-term repeat business.
  • Working closely with the customer service team, ensuring smooth order processing.
  • Working towards sales KPI’s (new & existing customers) to achieve set results.
  • Updating the internal CRM to ensure all client communication is accurate and up to date.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ demonstrable experience in a telephone-basedB2B sales role, with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales and KPI targets (essential).
  • Previous telesales experience selling industrial products would be highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build strong rapport with business customers.
  • An ability to successfully identify and communicate with key decision makers.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Confident and enthusiastic personality, with a forward-thinking attitude.
  • Organised with an ability to multi-task and prioritise sales pipelines/workloads.
  • A strong team player, with an ability to work independently.
  • Commercially minded, with an ability to qualify leadsby using open questions to identify and uncover opportunities.
