As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in creating and delivering high-quality content that aligns with the companys broader marketing strategy. This varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys all areas of marketing and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in new home developments

  • CRM experience, preferably HubSpot

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms and email marketing software

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will involve:

Content Creation:
Were looking for someone who can help elevate the company's digital presence by showcasing its brand personality through authentic and engaging content across multiple platforms. Youll work with the Marketing Manager to create and implement content calendars, including social media activity, blogs, and email content in line with the companys marketing objectives.

Showcasing Our Homes:
Presentation and accuracy are key. Youll be responsible for ensuring all homes look their best on the website and property portals, liaising with photographers and videographers when needed.

Youll support the Marketing and Sales Managers in setting up sales arenas for new developments, ensuring consistency and presentation of the brand. Youll also assist in planning and promoting company events.

Design & Creativity:
Were looking for someone with a creative eye who can think outside the box and has a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite. Youll take the lead in designing and creating sales and marketing materials such as brochures and digital/offline advertising.
