- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and assisting in their development.
- Supporting the Accounts Manager in the operational management of the accounts department.
- Ensuring the smooth delivery of services including year-end accounts, VAT, and management reporting.
- Playing a hands-on role in ongoing firm-wide projects and business development initiatives.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a practice environment.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a portfolio independently.
- Excellent IT skills with strong knowledge of Xero and other cloud accounting platforms.
- Familiarity with CCH is desirable.
