Are you a Procurement Manager/ Buyer from a construction background looking to join a company experiencing a period of exponential growth, currently taking the housing construction industry by storm, working projects ranging from new build homes all the way to large scale commercial apartment block builds and renovations?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a staple part of a housing construction company experiencing a period of excessive growth, working projects ranging from small scale housing refurbishments, conversions, and renovations, all the way to large scale commercial builds, conversions, and renovations, with the added benefit of a generous yearly salary and in-house training.
In this role you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products and materials for the company, processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, as well as tracking orders, researching the best materials for the company, as well as building relationships with suppliers and creating accurate updates of material stock levels.
This role would suit a Procurement Manager/ Buyer from a construction background with experience in new-build housing (this is not a necessity), looking to join a company at a pivotal point of growth, with the added benefit of in-house training.
