Our client is seeking a confident and results-driven Temporary Telesales Executive to support their outbound sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong telephone manner, excellent sales skills and the ability to generate leads in a fast-paced environment.
Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Use marketing techniques and networking to attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
- Promote high-quality candidates across various industries.
- Work towards and achieve set targets, including calls, meetings and sales conversions.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline development.
- Handle objections effectively and negotiate to close deals.
Telesales Executive Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems is beneficial.
