Job Title: HR Advisor (12 Month FTC)
Location: Weybridge
Salary: Up to 40,000 DOE
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function across a major electronic manufacturer. You will provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employment law.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
- Deliver training and support change management initiatives.
About You:
- Experience in an HR Advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
