Technical Telesales Representative
Bristol (Onsite)
Salary £23,000 to £25,000 per annum OTE up to £35,000
Bristol-based business going through a period of growth. I am looking for a Technical Telesales Representative to join their knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities – Technical Telesales Representative
- Using the firms extensive CRM system, engage with existing customers and recent enquirers, over the phone, to understand their needs and provide solutions related to technical sales.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers handing over potential customers to the internal specialists to conclude the deal if required.
- Collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications & Requirements – Technical Telesales Representative
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CNC or engineering supplies industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Positive attitude
Nice to Have’s
- Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications.
- Customer Management System experience
