- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and accountancy services.
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, overseeing junior staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities and participating in networking events.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE) with substantial experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in audit and accountancy within a practice environment.
