  • Supporting fee earners in the Residential Property department.
  • Audio dictation and document preparation.
  • Opening and closing files.
  • Liaising with third parties and clients professionally and efficiently.
  • Managing general secretarial duties to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Working closely with a small, supportive team of 2 fee earners and 2 secretaries.
  What They're Looking For:
  • Prior experience as a legal secretary, ideally within residential property.
  • Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team, but also demonstrate initiative and independence.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
