- Supporting fee earners in the Residential Property department.
- Audio dictation and document preparation.
- Opening and closing files.
- Liaising with third parties and clients professionally and efficiently.
- Managing general secretarial duties to ensure smooth workflow.
- Working closely with a small, supportive team of 2 fee earners and 2 secretaries.
- Prior experience as a legal secretary, ideally within residential property.
- Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team, but also demonstrate initiative and independence.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
