A Facade/Cladding Design Manager is urgently needed for commercial projects ranging from £50K to £2 million.
The role involves working on roofing, cladding, facade, rainscreen, and external envelope projects from SE London to Cambridge.
Hybrid working is available, and the day rate is negotiable based on experience.
The initial contract is for 4-6 months, with the possibility of extension or a permanent position if both parties agree.
Candidates should have relevant experience in facade design management.

URGENTLY IN THE MARKET FOR A FACADE/CLADDING DESIGN MANAGER

THE ROLE WILL BE WORKING SOLELY ON COMMERCIAL PROJECTS VARYING FROM £50K - £2 MILLION

ROOFING, CLADDING, FACADE, RAINSCREEN AND EXTERNAL ENVELOPE

ALL PROJECTS WILL BE FROM SE LONDON TO CAMBRIDGE

HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE

DAY RATE NEGIOTABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

INITIALLY WILL BE FOR 4-6 MONTHS BUT WITH VIEW OF EXTENDING/ POTENTIAL TO GO PERMANENT SHOULD BOTH PARTIES AGREE.
