Your new companyI am currently recruiting a full-time permanent Operations Administrator to join the Business Support team for my client.   • As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative functions.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • You will also support various departments with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall productivity of the team.
  • Dealing with queries via email and telephone.
  • Maintaining records of appointments and liaising with customers where necessary.
  • Organising and maintaining a centralised inbox.
  • Completing any ad-hoc project work as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be interacting with colleagues and clients regularly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative software are also required.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, will help you excel in this position.
  • Please note, previous experience within an Administration-based role.
