Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Our client, a reputable care home in Ormskirk, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the care home team
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with resident administration tasks, including admissions and discharges
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
  • Liaise with external agencies and health care professionals
  • Support the care team with various administrative duties as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a care home setting as an admin assistant
  • A valid DBS Certificate
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
