Our client is a well-established, recruitment business with offices in select locations across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager to head up their Wigan Branch which has budgeted headcount to grow in the coming year. The manager will be, tasked with the full day-to-day management of the team, expected to lead by example for the branch to grow and be responsible for the running of the P&L. The team will need to be supervised and require a motivated, disciplined and driven manager. This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to sell, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring.
