We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Team Manager to join the Children's Integrated Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Wigan area. The Team Manager will have direct responsibility for managing social workers and referral coordinators within the team. You'll work closely with partners from police, health, education, early help, and other key agencies to ensure that all referrals to children's social care are triaged effectively and signposted to the appropriate services.
