We have a total of 5 teams across our Customer Service Department – Retentions, Supplier Hub, Data Services, Smart Team, and Complaints.

As a Customer Service Advisor with Calisen, you’ll be at the core of our operations, keeping our customers happy.

You’ll benefit from a hybrid working setup, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, while still connecting with your team at our Wigan call centre HQ at least two days a week. You’ll also be part of a supportive and dynamic team.

(All roles will be based out of our Wigan office; therefore, you will need to be within a reasonable distance to Wigan).

We have the role for you regardless of what hours you’re looking for. All you need to do is select the shift pattern you’re hoping for on your application, from the options below, and when we have a vacancy, we can contact you:

  • Full time: 37.5 hours – 08:00-20:00 rota, Monday-Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (Hybrid)
  • Part time: 20 hours – 08:00-12:00 / 12:00-16:00 / 14:00-18:00 / 16:00-20:00 (Hybrid)
  • Weekend: 17 hours - Saturday & Sunday (Remote)*
  • Nights: 48 hours – 4 on 4 off – 18:00-06:00 / 19:00-07:00 (Remote)

*Please note: Weekend roles may require 1 office day a month in the future.

What we are looking for:

  • Energetic candidates with a solid educational background (at least GCSE level).
  • Amazing telephone skills and able to navigate Microsoft Office confidently.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially if you’ve worked in customer service before in either telephone-based setups or face-to-face. Bonus points for call centre experience!
  • Superb communication & people skills.
  • A team player with a knack for collaboration while also able to shine and show initiative.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
