Are you an HR Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role where you will be the go-to person for all HR processes within a multi-million £ leading manufacturer who offer the chance to make your mark on the business as you develop the department and to increase your earnings through two annual bonuses?

This leading company produce roofing and similar products for a broad range of projects, primarily in residential and industrial settings. They have seen continual growth since their establishment over 30 years ago to the point they now have 90 staff members, and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their friendly team.

This varied role will provide you with the opportunity to grow a department around you and to make your mark on the business through developing processes and techniques as you operate as the go-to HR specialist in the business. You will provide support and generalist advice for employees and managers, carry out reports and associated administration responsibilities and assist in the recruitment process as you work closely wiht the senior leadership team and different departments.

This dynamic role would suit a HR Manager looking to further their career within a leading company who offer a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:
