Handling a varied caseload of land and property litigation matters, including:
- Trespass
- Nuisance claims
- Boundary disputes
- Adverse possession cases
- Landlord and tenant disputes
Managing cases efficiently using the firm’s latest case management software and technology.
Working with a supportive team, including dedicated paralegal assistance.
