We are a successful school with a large sixth form located near Willenhall, with easy access to the M6 motorway network.

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Examinations Co-ordinator to assist and oversee all aspects of examinations co-ordination management within the school. The post holder will have good administrative skills, computer literacy and be highly efficient and organised. They will be articulate and able to deal sensitively with a variety of situations with teachers, examination invigilators, students, parents and examination board representatives. The ability to be clear and assertive whilst remaining calm, composed, tactful and flexible is essential.

Equally important is the ability to work within a team setting. It is expected that the post holder will be available to work during the summer holidays, particularly in August, in order to process examination results when they come in.In addition to the role as outlined, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of a number of key administrative systems in support of the Senior Leadership Team.
