The Role:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Handling emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Order Processing & Invoicing: Assisting with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Record Keeping & Data Entry: Managing electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure all records are up to date.
  • Accounts & Finance Support: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and liaising with the accounts team.
  • Office Management: Ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, and providing general support to the team as needed.
  • Project Assistance: Supporting the wider team with project administration, ensuring all documentation is correctly filed and maintained.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sage experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
