Portfolio Payroll are supporting a fantastic client in Wilmslow, seeking an Office Admin & Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is full time and offers a salary between 24,000 - 26,000 (dependant on experience).
Key duties of the role include;
- Raising customer invoices
- Data entry using Xero
- Managing company inbox and dealing with queries
- Diary management / work schedules for sub-contractors
- And much more!
This role would be the perfect fit for people with the following experience;
- Prior experience working in an office environment
- Self-motivated and positive individual
- Strong customer service skills
- Good excel skills
