About the Sales Executive Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the branch. Your main responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers in-store, providing expert advice and tailored storage solutions.
Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer the best options.
Working collaboratively with your team and branch manager to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone, converting leads into successful sales.
Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all customer interactions.
