We are growing and have created exciting new roles for Executive Assistant/Researchers to support the Head of Practice on thedelivery of projects for key global clients establishing and providing information on industries, companies and individuals to deliver theprojectssuccessfully and make useful connections.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying senior executives, contacting and scheduling calls with the Practice Head.
  • Using various online and inhouse resources, developing email campaigns for contacting contacts for both live assignments and for new business marketing.
  • Taking notes from the practice head and inputting them to the CRM system.
  • Transcribing key information from interviews and recording to the CRM system.
  • Reformatting CVs of candidates ready for presentation to clients.
  • Prepare client reports candidate short list presentation, market mapping, business intelligence etc.
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date with relevant updates, news and information on key clients and C-suite candidates.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client companies, including their operations, organizational structure, and workplace culture.
  • Manage diary and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Achieve individual and team objectives regarding assigned projects and deadlines.
  • Proactively engage with consultants and provide project management assistance.
  • Map out identified candidates against open projects and/or leads.
  • Market out top profiles towards target companies.
  • Be proactive in finding new leads for future business.


Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or research role, preferably in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Good understanding of business and business terminology


Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
