My client is searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team based in Wilmslow, Cheshire East.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE in Commercial property.

The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing their own files whilst being part of a supportive team environment.

The commercial property team deal with a wide range of commercial property transactions including buying/selling commercial property, landlord & tenant, commercial lending and bespoke commercial property agreements.

Key responsibilities:

ā€¢ Providing bespoke legal advice for our clientsā€¢ Undertaking all aspects of commercial property work which will include drafting sale contracts, commercial leases, legal charges, overage agreements, collaboration agreements and promotion agreementsā€¢ Building and maintaining client relationshipsā€¢ Contribute towards business developmentā€¢ Maintain the firms core values: Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence

Essential skills:

ā€¢ Qualified Solicitorā€¢ Two years + PQEā€¢ Demonstrate a specialism in commercial property lawā€¢ Excellent drafting and negotiation skillsā€¢ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressureā€¢ Good communication skills both written and oralā€¢ The ability to manage and progress a caseload and offer pragmatic adviceā€¢ The ability to work as part of a team and independently.ā€¢ Benefits include 25 days annual leave, cash plan, pension, generous bonus scheme and excellent progression within the firm.
