We seek a Product Owner / Product Business Analyst to enhance our product ownership and software requirements. You'll work with Product Managers, Software Developers, and QA teams to manage our development backlog and deliver outstanding features and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Agile Development: Provide clear direction and purpose to enable agile development.
- Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritised backlog, liaising with the development team and stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Sprint Readiness: Ensure the team meets the ‘Definition of Ready’ for Agile Sprints.
- Requirement Management: Ensure functionality is thoroughly analysed and documented for smooth implementation.
- Software Delivery: Collaborate with the development team throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Solution Identification: Identify solutions with the Product Management team, including cost and time estimates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Capture and review all tactical requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become an expert on the applications and products you own.
- Experience: Minimum of two years as a product owner or business analyst with a strong understanding of product management best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Communication: Great communicator, negotiator, and facilitator, adaptable to different audiences.
- Simplification: Understand and simplify requirements for the development team.
- Flexibility: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace, managing multiple priorities.
- Teamwork: Enthusiastic about working in a team and delivering excellent software.
- Technical Background: Technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Agile Experience: Experience with Agile/Scrum software development processes.
- Platform Familiarity: Ideally familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Certified Scrum Alliance PO or similar certification.
- Experience in the security industry or with ‘command and control’ platforms.
- Experience delivering Cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of digital video or audio streaming, recording, or presenting.
