Purchasing Administrator – Wilmslow

Salary: £26,000Full-Time | Office-Based | Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organisation? We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team and support the Office Manager with all aspects of the accounts function.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing supplier orders & invoices – ensuring accuracy in quantities & pricing
  • Managing expense claims & preparing weekly payment runs
  • Liaising with managers & suppliers to ensure timely payments
  • Maintaining accurate records & housekeeping of accounting systems
  • General administration & filing to support smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication & telephone manner
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in an accounts department preferred
