Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organisation? We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team and support the Office Manager with all aspects of the accounts function.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Processing supplier orders & invoices – ensuring accuracy in quantities & pricing
- Managing expense claims & preparing weekly payment runs
- Liaising with managers & suppliers to ensure timely payments
- Maintaining accurate records & housekeeping of accounting systems
- General administration & filing to support smooth operations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication & telephone manner
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
- Previous experience in an accounts department preferred
- Salary: £26,000
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
