Are you an experienced Administrator/PA with a strong background in providing administration support to a line manager/senior manager? Have you assisted with supporting a team to achieve their tasks?

This varied and exciting new role incorporates a diverse range of assignments, with your main focus on supporting the Sales Manager and in turn, their team in driving towards their goals.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your role as Administrator/PA is to co-ordinate a wide variety of administrative tasks. These include sales, marketing and business administration, data analysis and detailed management information. Your can-do attitude and diligent mind-set will be instrumental in supporting the team.

We are seeking an organised, and methodical individual who has at least 3 years’ experience within a supportive administrative role. Although we do not seek anyone with managerial experience, if you have worked within a supportive leadership role, it would be beneficial.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • MI/data reporting/analysis of sales activity/case studies
  • Monitoring sales projects - checking milestones are reached and deadlines met.
  • First point of contact for enquiries from sales team
  • Helping lead the team to achieve their objectives.
  • Admin support to Sales Manager and sales team
  • Note taking/follow up of minutes
  • Diary management/general PA duties to Sales Manager
  • Assisting with sales and marketing activities

We seek someone with the following skills/knowledge.

  • At least 3 years knowledge of working in an PA/Admin support role (where you have supported a manager)
  • Strong IT skills - Microsoft, Excel, used to working with various database systems
  • Leadership qualities
  • Communication skills
  • Organised and diligent
  • Decisive, quick thinker
  • Can work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Good level of education
